I want you to be completely satisfied with your Flowstate.lat purchase. As an independent tech curator, here’s my straightforward approach to returns:

1. When You Can Return Items

You may request a return if:

✓ Item is unused and in original packaging

✓ Request is made within 30 days​ of delivery date

✓ Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Note:Certain items are final sale (e.g., digital downloads, personalized/customized products).

2. How Refunds Work

• After I receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds go to your original payment method

• Processing takes 3-7 business days​ (varies by bank)

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless I made an error

3. When Returns Aren’t Possible

I can’t accept returns for:

× Items past the 30-day window

× Products damaged by improper use

× Clearance/special discount items

× Opened software or hygiene-sensitive products

4. Start Your Return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (for damaged/defective items)
