1. When You Can Return Items
You may request a return if:
✓ Item is unused and in original packaging
✓ Request is made within 30 days of delivery date
✓ Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Note:Certain items are final sale (e.g., digital downloads, personalized/customized products).
2. How Refunds Work
• After I receive and inspect your return:
• Approved refunds go to your original payment method
• Processing takes 3-7 business days (varies by bank)
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless I made an error
